The pomodoro technique involves splitting up work time into sessions (typically 25 minutes) with short breaks (typically 5 minutes) in between. You then take a long break (15-30 minutes) after one cycle (about 4 work sessions).
Personalize the pomodoro technique by setting the session length, the duration of short and long breaks, and the number of sessions in one cycle that work for you.
This planner is available in gray, pink, blue, purple, or no color.
This printable planner template is in size A4, but you can easily adjust your printer settings to print on your desired paper size. Make sure to select "Fit" or "Scale to Fit" after choosing the paper size.
